7. Warranty Coverage

SequrePlus devices include a 12-month limited warranty against manufacturing defects. 

Warranty applies only to products purchased from authorized sources.

8. Performance Conditions

Performance depends heavily on:

• Charged batteries 
• Strong and stable mobile network 
• Proper installation & maintenance 

The customer must ensure periodic testing and upkeep of the system.

9. Exclusions from Warranty

Warranty does not cover: 

• Misuse, physical damage, fire, flood, disasters 
• Network issues, poor signal, power failures 
• Unauthorized repairs or modifications 
• Normal wear/consumables (batteries, sensors) 

10. Customer Responsibilities

The customer must: 

• Keep the device powered and connected 
• Maintain an active SIM plan 
• Replace/Recharge batteries 
• Test the system regularly 

Failure to do so may void warranty.

11. Limitation of Liability

SequrePlus is not liable for: 

• Theft, burglary, injury, or damage even if system was installed 
• Direct/indirect losses, consequential damages 
• Network failures, power loss, downtime 

SequrePlus is an alert-based tool—not a guarantee of prevention.

12. Incident Disclaimer

If any theft or incident occurs, regardless of reason (malfunction, network outage, battery depletion, weather, etc.) SequrePlus is not responsible.

13. Repair or Replacement Policy

For valid claims, the company may repair or replace the product with new/refurbished units.

14. Product Care

Users must follow maintenance guidelines, perform inspections, and update software when applicable. 

SECTION C — PRIVACY, DATA & CONNECTIVITY
